How do I place my order?

To place an order:

  1. Finish adding items to your shopping cart.

     

  2. You may choose to process through our website checkout or through PayPal.

     

  3. If you wish to continue through our website checkout, please click on the “Checkout” green button located on the right side of the screen.

     

  4. If you wish to continue through PayPal, please click on the PayPal button.

     

  5. You will be transferred to our Customer Information page. You will be prompted to enter your Email address, Name, and Address.

     

  6. If you have a valid discount code, enter it in the "Discount" field and click "Apply".

  7. Click “Continue to Shipping Method”. Please ensure the delivery address is correct.

  8. Click “Continue on to Payment Method” and enter your payment details.

  9. Click the "Complete Order" button. You will see an order summary on-screen and receive a second confirmation via e-mail.

What if there are items missing or incorrect products when I receive my order?

For missing or wrongly shipped items, please contact us at service@opalcovo.com. Please quote your transaction reference number (Order #) and provide us with proof (image file size should be below 1MB). We will be more than happy to reship the correct item at no extra cost. You may keep the wrongly sent item as a gift from OpalCovo!

How do I know that my order has been successfully submitted?

You will receive an email confirmation containing the Order Number and details of your purchase.

 

I would like to change my items ordered. What should I do?

Amending your order is allowed on or before 11:00pm (PDT, -7 GMT) on the same day the order was placed. You may contact us via service@opalcovo.com to request a change.

 

How do I add items to my cart?

Navigate to the item page, choose your preferences, and click “Add to Cart”. You will be taken to your "Shopping cart" page where you can update the quantity.

How do I view or remove items from my shopping cart?

Click on the Cart icon at the top of the page. To change quantities, update the number listed. To delete an item, click the “Remove” link at the bottom of the quantity listing.

What are the recommended browsers for this site?

Google Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Microsoft Edge/Internet Explorer.

What are your payment options?

We accept four types of major credit cards (MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover), as well as PayPal and Apple Pay.

How do I use a discount code?

On the Customer Information page during checkout, enter your code in the “Discount” field on the upper right part of the page and click "Apply". Verify the discount in the price breakdown before completing the order.

What is your return & exchange policy?

Please refer to our Return Policy page for detailed information. Our customer service is open 24/7 and we will reply to your inquiry as soon as possible.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellation of an order is allowed on or before 11:00pm (PDT, -7 GMT) on the same day the order was placed. After that time, cancellation will no longer be entertained. Contact service@opalcovo.com to request a cancellation.

Is ordering online secure?

Yes. OpalCovo takes the utmost care with your information. Our servers encrypt all credit card and personal information using the Internet-standard SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) protocol and AES-256 encryption.

Any information that you share with us is private and confidential. At no point will we share, rent, or sell your personal information without your consent, except as required by law.
